Board Certified Music Therapist

Hello! My name is Jacqueline, and I am a board-certified music therapist from Boca Raton, FL. I attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where I received a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. During my time at SMU, I worked with children in various clinical settings—including schools, hospitals, and clinics—where I discovered my passion for using music as a tool for evidence-based therapy. As a music therapist at AKP, I’m committed to continually expanding my knowledge through current research and emerging developments in music therapy, and to creating a space where all children feel safe, cared for, and motivated to connect with their inner musicality.
