Kris G is a seasoned healthcare operations leader with more than a decade of experience in behavioral health and allied fields. He co-founded Prestige Behavioral Group in 2015, serving as CEO and overseeing its growth, operational strategy, and eventual successful acquisition in 2020. Following this, Kristopher served as Executive Director of Miami Programs for Monte Nido & Affiliates, where he managed residential, PHP, and IOP programs and led the de novo development of pediatric residential eating disorder centers. He later became Director of Operations for Stepping Stones ABA, where he played a key role in community outreach, partnership building, and process optimization to enhance service delivery and organizational performance. With deep expertise in pediatric and behavioral health, Kristopher has a proven record of driving growth, improving payer mix, optimizing operations, and building high-performing teams. His leadership is guided by a commitment to quality care, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth strategies. Outside of work, Kris enjoys spending time with his wife, toddler, and family. An aviation enthusiast and avid runner, he combines his professional drive with a passion for continuous learning and personal growth.
