Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant

My name is Daniela Jimenez. I am a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, and I am so excited to join the AKP team. I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida State University and I am currently working on my master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology in Nova Southeastern University. I have more than 2 years of experience as an SLPA in pediatrics serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Articulation disorders, Expressive/Receptive Delays, and Social/Pragmatic language disorder. I have a passion for working with kids, especially bilingual children, and helping them achieve their communication goals. I hope to motivate and provide the necessary tools to help children harness their strengths while learning and developing communicative strategies
