Dairon Farinas

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Dairon is committed to helping children build meaningful skills through patient, supportive, and individualized care. Inspired by parents who dedicated their careers to teaching, he grew up with a strong appreciation for education and the positive impact a caring professional can have on a child’s development.

After discovering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Dairon found a career that allowed him to combine his love of teaching with his desire to support children and families. Since entering the field, he has developed a special connection to working with children with autism and values being part of each child’s progress—from everyday learning experiences to important developmental milestones.

As a parent himself, Dairon brings empathy, patience, and a personal understanding of how meaningful consistent support can be for both children and their families. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, helping him communicate with and support families in the language in which they feel most comfortable.

At Always Keep Progressing, Dairon focuses on creating positive learning experiences, encouraging greater independence, and helping children apply new skills in their everyday lives.
