Welcome to Always Keep Progressing

We’re a tech-forward pediatric therapy platform in Miami, offering personalized, interdisciplinary care for children with autism and developmental needs.

Always Keep Progressing (AKP) is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center transforming how families navigate autism care. Built by clinicians who personally experienced the gaps in today’s fragmented system, AKP brings six therapies together under one coordinated model. Our approach blends evidence-based care, creative therapies that boost engagement, and technology that unifies the entire experience, giving families frictionless access, improved outcomes, and compassionate support. AKP is setting a new standard for autism care.

Through bilingual (English/Spanish) services in speech, ABA, occupational, music, feeding, and art therapy — in-clinic and via telehealth. In-home and community-based services are available for ABA only — we meet every child and family where they are and help them progress, step by step.
