Parking
Free parking on site. There are two entrances to our parking both on Biscayne Boulevard.
Floor 3
You will find our clinic on level 3 of the building. There is stair or elevator access from the ground floor and parking level.
We are located inside a white building, directly to the right of Miami Beach Community Health Center on Biscayne Blvd. There are two entrances to enter our parking lot. Parking is free!
The front and side doors lock at 5 PM EST and before 8 AM EST. If you are arriving outside of these hours, you can dial in by using the call box next to the doors and dialing “312”. Once you enter, you will take the elevator or stairs up to the 3rd floor

Our Miami Shores Clinic is locted inside Jackson Medical Plaza building

Parking
Free parking on site. You can access our parking from NW 2nd Avenue. Enter the parking garage and proceed to level 3.
Floor 3
Our clinic entrance is on level 3 of the building. You can park on level 3 of the parking garage, or there is stair or elevator access from other floors.
We are located inside a white building, directly next to the Jackson Hospital inside the “Medical Plaza” building. There is one entrance to enter our parking garage. Parking is free!
Once you enter the parking garage, you will drive to the 3rd floor. Park anywhere, and enter directly to the 3rd floor.
