What Is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapy that helps children build communication skills, social skills, independence, and positive behaviors. ABA uses data-driven teaching methods to understand why behaviors happen and how to help children learn new, functional skills that meaningfully improve daily life.
At Always Keep Progressing, ABA is individualized, family-centered, and focused on helping children succeed across home, school, and community settings.
