Annie

CEO / Co-Founder

Annie Tao is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist and experienced music educator with over 8 years in the mental health and IDD field. While she no longer provides direct therapy, Annie draws on her clinical background in speech-language pathology, music education, and deep knowledge of the special needs population to build high-performing, mission-driven teams from the ground up. Her experience spans school-based programs, healthcare settings, and interdisciplinary care, which she now applies to designing scalable systems and leading cross-functional teams that serve diverse and neurodivergent populations.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Music at SUNY Binghamton, New York

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL
