Our Miami Shores Clinic is located inside Kobi Karp’s building

Parking
Free parking on site. There are two entrances to our parking both on Biscayne Boulevard.
Floor 3
You will find our clinic on level 3 of the building. There is stair or elevator access from the ground floor and parking level.
We are located inside a white building, directly to the right of Miami Beach Community Health Center on Biscayne Blvd. There are two entrances to enter our parking lot. Parking is free!
The front and side doors lock at 5 PM EST and before 8 AM EST. If you are arriving outside of these hours, you can dial in by using the call box next to the doors. To use the call box, click “Resident Search” and find “Always Keep Progressing”. Once you enter, you will take the elevator or stairs up to the 3rd floor
