Always Keep Progressing is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center transforming how families navigate autism care. Built by clinicians who personally experienced the gaps in today’s fragmented system, AKP brings six therapies together under one coordinated model. Our approach blends evidence-based care, creative therapies that boost engagement, and technology that unifies the entire experience, giving Miami families frictionless access, improved outcomes, and compassionate support. Always Keep Progressing is setting a new standard for autism care in Miami.
Through bilingual (English/Spanish) services in speech, ABA, occupational, music, feeding, and art therapy — in-clinic and via telehealth. In-home and community-based services are available for ABA only — we meet every child and family where they are and help them progress, step by step.

Annie Tao
M.S. CCC-SLP and owner of AKP, LLC
Annie Tao is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist and experienced music educator with over 10 years in the mental health and IDD field, and over 25 years in classical musical training. Annie draws on her clinical background in speech-language pathology, music education, and deep knowledge of the special needs population to build high-performing, mission-driven teams from the ground up. Her experience spans school-based programs, healthcare settings, and interdisciplinary care, which she now applies to designing scalable systems and leading cross-functional teams that serve diverse and neurodivergent populations.
